Steven Holguín is the creator of RECONNECT and a certified coach with 7+ years dedicated to accompanying people, leaders, and organizations through emotional intelligence, personal transformation, and human development.
Born in New Jersey, with strong Colombian roots, Steven lived in Miami for over 13 years before recently choosing Medellín as his new home. His personal journey of growth, reinvention, and connection allows him to relate deeply to those who are navigating change, creating a new chapter, and searching for a greater sense of purpose and belonging.
He believes coaching is a sacred space – where human beings gather to share their reality and vulnerability, to be truly seen, and to explore the depth of who they are. His gift is creating environments where honesty is possible, growth is natural, and transformation is real.
